You can return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without damaging or using the product and without compromising its resaleability, provided that the original packaging, if available, is included and the reason for the return is stated. If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, you can open it by recording a video from the moment you receive it. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have the shipping company prepare a damage report. Once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.
